Description
The MSFET334x Series features ISFET based sensors functionalized to target specific ions. An ion-selective polymer membrane on the sensor's active area tunes the ISFET sensitivity toward the ion of interest.
The sensors in the MSFET334x Series allow the measurement of potassium (K+), sodium (Na+), ammonia (NH4+) and nitrate (NO3-) in solution.
